Avacado Salsa
 
Avacado Salsa Spanish food. NOT Mexican, but Spanish.
INGREDIENTS 1 cup finely chopped tomato 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro 1/2 cup chopped peeled avocado 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice 1/4 teaspoon sea salt 1 garlic clove, minced 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; lightly mash with a fork.
